I am part of a group of Stampin' Up! Demos called the Stray Ducklings that are local to the area. We meet every couple of months and swap. Today's share features a gorgeous card from the talented Sheilla G. I love what she's done by fussing cutting and layering the dragonflies. They literally pop off of the paper.

You really need to see this card in person. Pictures just don't do it justice :)

I participated in a local Ladies Night Out tonight. My set up at the last one in February was so poor that I diligently worked to rectify the situationafterwards. Tonight was proof that hard work and organization pays off. While I didn't make a killing, I did sell some cards and make others aware of my upcoming classes. I just keep putting one foot in front of the other and praying that my hard work will accumulate into a great reputation while paying off enough to let me keep doing what I love <3
I'm hoping that I can get back in my craft room tomorrow to start working on the funnest part of all - making the actual cards ;)
