DistINKtive Stamping for the Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle

Welcome to our July edition of the Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle. We're glad you're here!
Today's waddle card is the result of a creation for our recent Shoebox Swap.

From the moment I saw those Koi in the stamp set All The Good Things. I knew I had to have it.
They're beautiful! Notice the difference in the depth of the colors. I only used one stamp pad each on the fish and the flowers and I only stamped once. This is a new type of stamp called a distINKtive stamp.
Isn't it cool how it adds a realistic look to the impression?
I love it!
And of course knowing me, you knew it had to be a creative fold of some sort, right?
I used my Stamparatus on this too. I wanted everything to be perfectly placed on this card.
Stamp once. Flip the cardstock. Reink. Stamp again. Viola! Perfect placement every time.

While this card looks time-consuming, it isn't. Try it. You'll love it :)

Now on to our next blog waddle participant, Debbie Kramer

If you get lost along the way, here is our full list of blog waddlers.

  1. Kim, I absolutely love how you used the leaves and branches from the bonsai tree in this stamp set to stamp some vegetation in your fish "pond"! I'm definitely going to try making a border like this myself.
