Good Morning & Happy New Year's Eve Eve!

Our pre-New Year's Eve festivities start today. 

We have friends coming in to stay with us through New Year's Day and a houseful coming in tomorrow. It'll be lots of fun! We'll play lots of games, eat too much and have a few drinks.  

And, we'll celebrate another wonderful year, just like the card says! :)

I just love this offset card style. I've done a few of them this year. It's fun to show off the designer paper on the front of the card and the back.

I didn't add a sentiment inside because this card could be used for either a New Year, Anniversary or a birthday. I wanted to leave my options open.

Merry Christmas!

🎄A Very Merry Christmas to all of you!🎄

I appreciate your support and your following of my blog. It means so very much to me.

This morning I'd like to share a fun Christmas card made with the Making Christmas Bright set which is *not* retiring (WOOHOO!!!!).

We can all relate to stringing the Christmas lights right? 

This was a bit less chaotic than that 😉

I colored the lights using my Wink of Stella brush. I just squeezed each ink pad then dipped the tip of my brush into each color on the ink pad starting with the lightest, coloring in every 4th bulb. I wiped the tip of my brush onto scrap paper in between changing colors. Viola! Sparkly bulbs! 

So fun!!!

I hope you all have something great planned for today. Since we don't have human children, we're taking Fluffy Puppy to our friend's house and having a "Friendsmas".

I always get blue when the Christmas music ends and it's all over, so I'm super stoked about this last minute decision to share with other people who are in the same boat. 

We'll play Canasta for a couple of hours then head home in time for PM chores.

Merry Christmas Eve!

Today's our big celebration with our niece & nephew and their parents. Hubby & I always get them stockings and TONS of stocking stuffers. I saw this idea on Ronda Wade's page and thought it was so cute, but didn't have any candy to foot the bill - until I found the Reese's Pieces.

The Reese's I found wouldn't fit in the box Ronda used, so I had to change the design and make my own box. Viola! Cute huh?

I'm sure our nephew, Sam, is going to get a kick out of this!

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas Eve. I will be back tomorrow with a project because I made more Christmas cards than I got posted!
