I've just got a quick card share for you all today as I'm heading out to see some waterfalls while hiking at a local park. 

I've got Spring Fever BAAAAAAAD and am ready to be outside!

 To be honest, this post has been sitting in my blog for a while. I'm not overly thrilled with this card. It just needs something IMHO and I'm not sure what. I LOVE this Hold Onto Hope bundle, but for some reason, I can't make it as elegant as I'd like. :(

It is what it is. I've accepted it. LOL!

Happy Sunday All! 

I hope this weekend finds you well. It's starting to warm up here in North Central Illinois. I am grateful for that. However, having several animals is conducive to a houseful of mud. I guess I'm just gonna have to grin & bear it. I'm ready for warmer temps so I can start riding again! :) 

Today I'd like to share some special blocks that my dear cousin, Bev, ordered from me for her girls. 

This is the story she posted on Facebook: 

Uncle Tom always had a way with words 😨... he would always call the girls crazy names like the 3 Stooges.. but one day he gave my family words that will live with us forever ... he said your family is like a Covey of quail .. you see one of you.. you see all five .. we lol.... so we never forget Uncle Tom's words. I had my cousin Kim make these for the girls ... thanks Kim. They love them. 😊💕 ... we miss Uncle Tom everyday. 

Each block is a little different with the etching and the bow colors. I hope Emily, Ellie & Mattie get many years of enjoyment out of them.

Heartfelt Blooms

Happy Tuesday! 

I'm so excited about today's card that I couldn't wait to post it! I just made it yesterday and am flabbergasted by the FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp Heartfelt Blooms. 

I love everything about this card! I first saw the card in a demo group & was immediately drawn to it. I CASEd (Copy & Share Everything) directly from Kayla Adams. Her blog and original card are HERE. This card was so simple to make yet it's so elegant! And while I wasn't elated with the stamp set when I saw it in the catalog, I'm in love with it now. I can't wait to try more things with it. I can't get over the depth and detail that is accomplished through one piece of rubber! LOL! 

Okay, enough gushing, LOL! 

The sentiments on the card are from a demo only stamp set that was recently discontinued, but I'd never used before. I decided to blow the dust off of it and give it a whirl.
