Froggy Prince Spinner

TGIF!!!
Happy Friday!
Here in Illinois a high of 40° is predicted. And sunshine.
Thank God.

I am grateful for indoor days though. That means crafting! Which brings me to my next card. You can obtain this cutie FREE with your qualifying order right now.

He's part of the So Hoppy Together stamp set.
I was inspired from the SAB mini to create the inside of my card using the Abstract Impressions stamp set. I ain't gonna lie, it was fun stamping that! ;)
I cut the front out using the Layering Circles Framelits and decorated it with a knot using linen thread and a piece of the Lemon Lime Twist Organdy Ribbon which is also part of a pack that you can earn FREE during SAB! The sentiment is cut out with our new Rectangle Framelits and flagged and the end with scissors.
Mr. Froggy is stamped on the front and the back (sorry, I forgot to take a pic of the backside). I did that using mirrored stamping with my Stamparatus and my Silicone sheet.
The butterflies and his crown were cut from the FREE SAB Grapefruit Grove foil sheets.
The black butterfly accents are our new Black Foil sheets. He is strung with linen thread and his eyeballs were made shiny using our Fine Tip Glue.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***
When I created this card I had to cut the frog and his crown out by hand (which was pretty tedious with that crown!) Starting March 1st we will have framelits available while supplies last for this and the other SAB stamp sets!!!

Love Card for the Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle

Hello and welcome to another edition of the Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle!
Today we are showcasing new items in the Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs.
My favorite cards are usually fun folds. I love this new take on the old favorite bridge fold.
Using the Springtime Impressions die cut changed this from a straight bridge fold to a fancy one.
Cool huh?!

Check out the shine on that Lovely Lipstick foil paper!!! It's FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 purchase!

I don't do double bows very often. I need to do more of them. I love how nice this looks with the All My Love ribbon.

Oh so shiny! :)

I added a place to write your personal message on the back. I love to write notes to the recipients of my cards <3

See how it folds nice & flat?

And it slides right into a regular sized A2 envelope!

"Who are the Stray Ducklings?" you may be asking. We're a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from North Central Illinois who like to share everything Stampin' Up! related and when we get together feathers fly because we have so much fun! We love what we do and we love sharing it with YOU! Please visit all of my friends below and leave us some love. It's very rewarding to get comments on our blogs!

Scrapbook Pages

I stepped out of my comfort zone and made my first scrapbook pages today since joining Stampin' Up! almost 4 years ago.

Our awesome DSP makes it so easy!

So fun!

Now to find some pictures to fill it! Maybe our pictures from Vacation Stamping School this weekend...

Abstract Impressions

While I anxiously await my order from the new catalog, I'd like to share a few videos about the new products with you.

The top of my list included the new Abstract Impressions bundle. I just know that butterfly is going to be a big hit all year!

I love 2 & 3-step stamping as well! It makes me feel like an artist and the possibilities are endless with all the new colors!
