Kim's Kreative Korner: expressions in ink

Hello and welcome to the August edition of Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlights Gallery. Our theme is always Thank You because we just can't say it enough!

I used the jaw-dropping gorgeous Expressions in Ink Specialty Paper and Ephemera Pack.

Just look at that shine!

This card was not hard to make at all. The gorgeous paper and gold foiling of the Ephemera Pack are what give it such a WOW factor. Of course the fun-fold doesn't hurt ;)

The inside triangle really adds a fun element to it.

The sentiment is from the Biggest Wish stamp set. I stamped "Thanks" in Pale Papaya and "friend" in Shaded Spruce over the top of it.

And it all folds down nicely to fit inside a regular A2 envelope!

HAPPY WEEKEND!!!

I have a bright and cheery card for you today. I want to show off that gorgeous Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper (DSP) which is back in stock now. YES!!! I love all the beautiful gold designs throughout this paper. It really makes it pop!

And to set off the gold even more, I added some pieces from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack.

I probably could've left the birdhouse off, but I thought maybe a subtle picture would add something to the card. I LOVE the cute little birdhouses in that stamp set! I fussy cut around "Welcome" to add some interest then just glued it to the rest of the sentiment. I really like it when Stampin' Up! mixes their fonts in a stamp set.
