Sweet Ice Cream Shaker Card

Happy Saturday! I hope this weekend finds you all well :)

Our perfect Winter weather here in Illinois is continuing. I can take Winters like this every year - close to 30° with little to no wind. Sign me up! Chore time is very tolerable with a Winter coat and snow pants over my PJ bottoms 😉

I've got a fun card for you today - an ice cream shaker card. I'm not gonna lie, it was a little tricky figuring out how to make the top portion a shaker with the way the ice cream cone builder punch is set up. I added an extra panel of Balmy Blue CS underneath the scoop part then added a bow to cover the line and it worked! 😁

Isn't it adorable?!!! And that Striped Blackberry Bliss ribbon...it makes adorable bows! I framed the shaker using the Stitched So Sweetly dies then die cut the center using a Stitched Rectangle die. Viola! Fun Shaker Card!

The Balmy Blue dotted DSP is from the Subtles 6x6 DSP stack.

And since I was talking about our beautiful Winter weather above, I thought you might enjoy a random video of our horses playing in the cool weather.

As always, I will provide all the cardstock, embellishments, punched and die cut items and directions to make all four cards. You will need to buy the stamps (I am not allowed to stamp for you, per Stampin' Up's rules) or use something you currently have in your stash. :)

Cost is $20 payable to me via Paypal's Friends & Family option to paintfancy@yahoo.com. Deadline to order is January 15th. I will get all of the cardstock cut and in the mail as close to that date as possible.

Snowflake Splendor Shaker Card

Howdy!

I hope you all had a good weekend. It was pretty quiet around here. Our oldest Little, Leo, had his teeth cleaned on Friday. They pulled three teeth! Ahhhh the life of small dogs. Our last Little only had 4 teeth left when he passed. LOL! Anyhow, Leo is recouping just fine. They were all 3 front teeth so he has little gaps in his smile, but other than that we're still plugging away here in cold Illinois. Leo HATES the cold, btw. Rascal (our youngest Little and aka "The Fluffinator") LOVES it. It must be all that hair ;)

My card today focuses on just that - the cold. I think you'll find it's a fun interactive card. I used the Snowflake Wishes bundle on this card. The bundle price will be retiring but the stamp & die sets aren't (yippee!) However, if you'd like to get the savings on the bundle price, you'll need to get them before the end of the year!

I used the Winter Snow Embossing Folder on my window sheet and the Whisper White cardstock. The background paper is Snowflake Splendor. Both are retiring and are on sale right now while supplies last!

I used the Snowflake Sequins as the shaker elements and guess what?! They're half price right now... $3!

Shake! Shake! Shake!

I stamped a few snowflakes inside in Balmy Blue and Highland Heather inks and my card was done :)
