Quick, Easy & Cute fun fold card -Signs of Santa Bundle

Hello Stampers! Happy Wednesday!
Today's card is so much fun! I participated in a swap last month. We had to make 30 cards - 20 completed and 10 kits. 

I did half in Poppy Parade 

And the other half in Garden Green

The star of the show, however, was the cute Signs of Santa bundle. As you can see, I let the Santa's Workshop DSP (designer series paper) do the work for me. It made it so easy! The funnest part was deciding which DSP to put with which cardstock then picking out the character that best matched for the belly band. The die cuts in the bundle made it so easy!

Cute li'l buggers, ain't they? 😉

I added 2 Epoxy Droplets to the belly band and Viola!finished fun-fold card!

Super easy and fun!

I have two cards to share with you today that I received in a swap with my fellow Stray Ducklings. The first one was made by Terese Burdette using the Beautiful You stamp set.

I just love how Terese used paper piecing to make the dress & hat match the paper. Such a nice card!

The second card was made by Sue Boerner (http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/stampinsueb/blog) Sue used the Moroccan Designer Series Paper on her card. 

And guess what??? The Moroccan DSP is on clearance right now. Get yours before it runs out!

Last of the Stray Ducklings Swaps

Good Morning all! I hope this post finds your weekend filled with lots of fun activities! For me, those activities include crafting. I know, surprise! right?! LOL

And looky here! It's another one of those adorable chickens from the Hey Chick stamp set that you can get FREE with any $50 order. I LOVE this set! This card was made by Linda Pohl. BAWK! ;)

Dragonfly Dreams Swap Cards

Dragonfly Dreams is a really popular bundle in the Occasions Catalog. It was no surprise that several team members in the Stray Ducklings used it for their swaps (yours truly included. You can see mine here.)

This card was made by Josie Wicklund of Byron, IL 

I love the glitter paper for the dragonflies. It doesn't hurt that she used Perfect Plum cardstock for the card either (purple just happens to be my favorite color!)

I just love how this card turned out! It's so pretty!

Our next card was made by Sheryl Diemer. This dragonfly just sparkles in person. It's beautiful. The picture does not do it justice.

And this card was made by Cecilia Grindinger. Look at the cool water-coloring she did behind her dragonflies! Such a fun and versatile set.

Swap card

I made this card for a swap with my fellow Stray Ducklings (a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators in the area.) I must say, I'm very happy with the result :) The theme of the swap was Washi tape. The red strip at the top under the gold bakers twine (part of the Baker's Twine Trio Pack) is washi tape from the Warmth & Cheer Washi pack. 

Every Christmas season, I like to make at least one card that uses a tea light. There's just something festive about that for me. This is just a simple tent card in Old Olive cardstock. I stamped the trees with the Peaceful Pines stamp set then cut all of them out using the Perfect Pines Framelits Dies.

I stamped the Seasons Greetings like it was hanging from the Washi tap.  

Both sentiments are from the  Seasonal Bells Stamp Set. 

The center tree is made using shipping tape and Dazzling Diamonds then backing both with Vellum. 

And here it is all lit up. :) 

I really enjoyed making these cards for our swap. I sincerely hope the recipients enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them :)
